Where do you ship?

We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

We offer USPS Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day. Costs will be calculated upon check-out.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Eastern Time (ET) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel an order after it's been placed?

If you need to make a change to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@knoursbeauty.com.
We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order but cannot guarantee changes if order has already been processed/shipped.

Where's my package?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and products and notify us immediately at help@knoursbeauty.com. We will arrange for USPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened merchandise can easily be returned within 30 days from
date of purchase. Products must be returned in new condition. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice for all items returned.

Only items purchased directly from Knoursbeauty.com
may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a Knours product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

How do I start a return?

We are sorry you didn’t absolutely love your Knours purchase. Please contact our customer service team at help@knoursbeauty.com in order to start the return process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We accept exchange requests only if the product originally delivered to you is defective. We do not offer exchanges on returned products for any other reason.

How will I know if my order has been received?

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation.

How can I check my order status?

To check order status, please log-in, then go to “My Account”, then click on “Order History.”


Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable. Please refer to your local guidelines for proper recycling procedures.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals. We are PETA-certified and are a passionate member of PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies Program.

Furthermore, we do not use ingredients tested on animals and we do not sell into markets that require animal testing.

Are Knours products vegan?

100% of our products are cruelty-free but they are not all vegan. Our
products that are vegan are marked Cruelty-Free and Vegan on the labels. Others are marked Cruelty Free only. We are planning to be 100% vegan by 2022.

Does Knours use parabens?

No, none of our products contain any parabens.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?

Our entire collection of products are safe for pregnant or nursing women. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
